The product delivered to the domestic advanced logic process customer by Afilm is the independently developed Dubhe series 12-inch PECVD equipment, which will comprehensively assist customers in breaking through various advanced core process film layers, while providing more efficient solutions to achieve valuable domestic substitution.

Meanwhile, the equipment delivered to the leading domestic large wafer customer is the first independently developed Merak-series 12-inch low-temperature oxide PECVD equipment. Through customized R&D and design, this equipment possesses industry-leading metal ion control capabilities and is fortunate to become the first domestic PECVD equipment in the domestic large wafer field that successfully replaced imported equipment, achieving mass production line lines, and has a great domestic substitution significance.
